Information..*this page is being redone - sorry for the inconvenience* Michael Mann is by no means the most prolific film director around, but when Mann works on a project such as Manhunter, he doesn't just direct! He's nearly always Executive Producer, often co-writes and is frequently also the Executive Producer of the soundtrack whenever one is released. The thumbnails of album covers on this page illustrate all of these excellent soundtracks. Finally, Mann's 1983 movie "The Keep" which was, as with his earlier "Thief", scored by Tangerine Dream has never 'officially' been released on CD. TDI [the band's own label] did release an extremely limited edition CD of the score in 1997 (and then again in 1999) The artwork for these incredibly rare compact discs is that shown above. Only 150 of these were ever officially made so be careful when buying on Ebay - and expect to pay through the roof for one of the genuine TDI releases!
