According to the product listings on amazon, the official release date for the "Collector's DVD Edition" of Red Dragon has been scheduled for 3rd March, 2003. A somewhat confusingly named "Director's Edition" Region 1 DVD will also be released on the same day. This product is also now available to Pre-Order On-Line (pre-ordering saves 25% off the full retail prices!)

At the time of writing (January 24th), Red Dragon is currently only available to pre-order on DVD in the United States of America. It is highly likely that European and Rest of the World editions will be released on the same day however, so watch this space for more details on non-USA releases!
