It has been confirmed that Oscar Nominated
British actor Ralph Fiennes has secured the challenging role
of Francis Dollarhyde
in the yet-to-be-filmed 'remake' of the Manhunter story - "Red Dragon".
He joins Edward Norton, Harvey
Keitel and of course Sir Anthony Hopkins who have already
joined the project.
The role of Dollarhyde was of course originally
expertly played in Manhunter by Tom Noonan.
It will be interesting to see how Fiennes' interpretation of the
character and his performance compare in Brett Ratner's high profile
remake.
